Guidelines for presentations

Instruction for Presenters
ORAL Presentation: 4F international Conference Hall
The the invited talks, the general oral presentations and the young scientist oral presentations are scheduled for 30 minutes, 15 minutes and 10 minutes each, respectively, including discussions. Elapsed time for PC booting or cable connection procedure should be included in your presentation time. Standard audio-visual equipment available includes an LCD projector, a laser pointer and a microphone.

POSTER Presentation: B2F Event Hall
The size of each panel is 210 cm high x 90 cm wide. The poster should be put on the board so that the program number is visible. Pins for fixing the posters on the board will be provided on the venue. The paper title, author(s)' name(s) and affiliation(s) should be prepared by the author(s) , and posted on top of the panel.

Best Student Poster Award

KJF-ICOMEP 2016 organizing committee is pleased to announce the Best Student Award. Members of the KJF Award committee will select the recipients of the Student Award based on the high-quality, impactful first-authored posters presented at the poster session. All student authors are AUTOMATICALLY entered into the competition when their article is presented at the conference. The Award winners will be commended at the ceremony in the Banquet place on September 6. The names of the winners will be announced in the afternoon on September 6.
